SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All packages ship with either USPS or UPS. Once your package is dropped off with USPS or UPS it is no longer my responsibility.

EASY RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you are able to request a refund within 5 business days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in new condition. In order to start the process of a return, you must first email me at kcsvinylkreations@gmail.com. From there we will arrange for you to mail back the products. Once the products are received and inspected you will receive an email if your return was accepted or not. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email that has your tracking number attached. If you cannot find your tracking number, just reach out to me and I will send you a copy :)

 

Turn Around Time 

The current turn around time, or TAT, is 10-14 business days. If the TAT needs to be changed or adjusted there will be announcement on the main page and also in our VIP group on Facebook.

If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid, You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

• Standard Delivery by USPS,UPS; or

Local Pick Up

Local Pick Up will take place as soon as reasonably possible.
Please wait for an email confirming your order is ready before coming to pick up your order.

Local pick up is located in Spring Hill TN

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 5 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

• Goods are broken;

• Good does not match description;

• Good is the wrong size; or

• Good does not meet the purchaser’s expectations.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

• Sale items.

 

Your item must be in same condition it was received. This means it must be unused, and no signs of wear and tear.

To start a return, you must e-mail, kcsvinylkreations@gmail.com, stating you'd like to start a return. If your return is approved, we will mail you a return label along with information on how to send back your products.

Once your products are approved, you will be refunded.

If you send your products back without first contacting us, your return will not be accepted.

 

Consumer Protection Law

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation.
